Customer service was very helpful and quickly responded to questions. Shipping was just as expected and the machine is working beautifully.

I will start by saying that this whole process made me nervous. The price of the machine was clearly much cheaper than anything I could find in the U.S. (I'm from Ohio) but the concerns of getting it shipped from so far without damage, going through the import process, the difficult communication and lack of product details etc. made it a tough choice. I struggled to find reviews that gave me confidence - so hopefully this will help someone. The product is great and was delivered on time without an issue. It saved me a ton of money and ultimately was a good experience overall. Jun Wei was my contact and answered all of my questions in a friendly manner. There were a few odd things such as figuring out the minor details of the machine I was purchasing. They also added many products to my invoice with no cost (I believe this is why you see 100+ reviews of different products by the same person) but then removed these when I asked. Anyhow, I'd recommend them and the machine works well!
